MSI's Poly-form flexible adhesive films can be pre-formed in nearly unlimited shapes to accommodate diverse applications. Typical configurations fall within the following guidelines:

A. Minimum recommended wall: .040" (1mm)
B. Minimum recommended radius: 1/32 (.031", .79mm)
C. Maximum recommended width: 6" (152mm)
D. Maximum recommended length: undetermined
E. Thickness Range: .015" - .040" (.38mm - 1mm)
F. Standard tolerance: ± .015" (.38mm); ± .005" (.13mm) possible for critical applications
