Poly-forms Loading Methods

Multi-Seals, Inc. offers a simple vibratory preform loader designed to fulfill the requirements of many of today's high-volume adhesive preform users in the electrical and electromechanical component industries. Switches, DIP's, multi-pin connectors, and other multiple-terminal components can be easily loaded utilizing a simple escapement configuration located at the end of the preform feed track.

When used in conjunction with many Multi-Seals Poly-forms configurations, component loading rates become very attractive and cost effective for many high-volume applications. This feeder mechanism may also be utilized as a sub-component to a fully automatic feeder system for streamlining in-house sealing production.

SMD-VAC-GP Vacuum Handling Tool
For Low to Moderate Volume Loading

For shorter production runs involving smaller Poly-forms, Multi-Seals recommends Virtual Industries's V8000 SMD-VAC-GP vacuum handling tool. This compact unit offers an inexpensive yet effective method for loading low to moderate volumes of Poly-form flexible adhesives. These pick-up systems are available through Virtual Industries.
