Wash-Aways Loading Methods

Multi-Seals, Inc. offers a simple vibratory preform loader designed to fulfill the requirements of many of today's high-volume dissolvable spacer users in the PCB assembly industries. Transistors, capacitors, and other components with prominent terminals can be easily loaded utilizing a simple escapement configuration located at the end of the spacer feed track.

When used in conjunction with Multi-Seals Wash-Away dissolvable spacers, component loading rates become very attractive and cost effective for many high-volume applications.

SMD-VAC-GP Vacuum Handling Tool
For Low to Moderate Volume Loading

For smaller production runs, Multi-Seals recommends Virtual Industries's V8000 SMD-VAC-GP vacuum handling tool. This compact unit offers an inexpensive yet effective method for loading low to moderate volumes of Wash-Away dissolvable spacers. These systems are available through Virtual Industries.
